It works. I think pheromone attraction is a lack of blocks (instead of insecurities). The other problem I experienced was that my EGO, or WILL Power is not so strong.. Like Ross Jeffries is HUGE… actually he has a monster EGO. It helps to struggle with so much fear and lack of courage and things like that. Somethings are probably simply not solvable with personal development alone. Pheromone works wonderful.
Pheromone Approaches: One girl when I went shopping. Forget to ask her phone number. She was very very attractive and still had an open and friendly pheromone scent around her. Some girls are so easy to open for me.

I was kicked of some days from polyphasic sleep pattern. Only today I am on schedule again. Some bad habits were returning back also. I know have better control regarding my eating habits and hopefully this, and ‘stress’ of other people will not effect my pheromones much anymore.
I hope these days to learn to ask women to drink coffee comfortably. So next month I can improve to learn to talk to them better.
My longterm plans are very vague. I want more women in my life. But I what I really want is longterm relationship with a fantastic woman and raise a kid. I somehow managed to get a better connection again with my roommate. This was the reason for my lack of continuity in my pheromone project. She is more than a ‘random’ girl for me. She was in the past total into me even wanted a relationship with me. But things changed. I am into her at the moment and she got a borefriend. Hm.. Still I have very very much value to offer for her natural pheromones.
She was on my bed Saturday. Well I did gave her a trance healing and it was quite a good grow experience for me. I forgot to tell her ‘sexual jokes’ but the experience I gave her was powerfull enought that she wanted more. She is more comfortable with my touch now. And she knows I can let her grow..
I need those approaches as well for my pheromone confidence and building my state.. I’m sure we all have judgmental pheromone thoughts about people, whether it be a quick “stupid haircut” or something more profound, though we may not care to admit it or acknowledge its significance in sex pheromone signals.
One of the reasons I think I seem to care so much about what people think or their judgment upon me is because I’m just projecting what I do in my head onto them. It serves only to feed ego and cause imaginary divisions between you and others.
